A. What does Ẹkẹ́ stand for? The name Ẹkẹ́  means: Eke is an Igbo word and is one of four market days; a sacred day. It also symbolizes the morning of creation. Hence, when we say Ẹkẹ́ Foods, we imply ‘A Creation; sold on a market day.

B. Where can I find Ẹkẹ́ Food products? Currently, our main sales point is on our website. Follow our social media pages (ekefoods) to see where we pop up!

C. Delivery: Once you place an order, we will email you an expected delivery date. Once your order ships. You will be notified. If you are local, we offer free pickup option.

D. Where do we ship? Right now, only across all U.S. states.

E. Do you have a minimum order? For pickup, there is no minimum. For every US delivery, a shipping fee will be added to your payment. Thanks.

F. What is your refund policy? We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@ekefoods.com with details of the product and the defect. We withhold the right to not accept returns or refunds.
